By accessing or using the Platform, or any utility on it, directly or indirectly, you (the "user" or "you") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. I understand that GMP information shall not be construed as investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
I am aware that GMP reflects unofficial and unregulated market rumours, is not sourced from any exchange, and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.
I understand that the Company does not deal in, broker, facilitate, or participate in any grey market transaction, and that such transactions are not recognised or enforceable under Indian law.
My decision to apply for any IPO is made independently and is not influenced by GMP information.
I understand that the Company is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, or stock broker, and that I should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment decision.
I accept full responsibility for any profit or loss incurred from my IPO investments.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements, that you are not barred from using the Platform under any applicable law, and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

2. Nature of Information and Grey Market Premium

The Company is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, merchant banker, or stock broker, and nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, research, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. GMP figures are indicative estimates of unofficial, off-market activity. They are not published or validated by any stock exchange, depository, registrar, or regulator. The Company does not deal in, broker, facilitate, settle, or participate in grey market transactions. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

3. Proprietary Rights & Copyrights

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform and any content, as well as the design and information contained in it, are the exclusive property of the Company, except as otherwise stated. The Platform is for your personal, non-commercial use only. The content of the Platform may not be amended, copied, reproduced, replicated, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, displayed, scraped, or distributed for any commercial use without prior written permission from the Company.

4. Security and Account Responsibility

You may not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, any related service, or any computer system or network connected to it.

5. Service Delays

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without any obligation or prior notice, to change, improve, or correct the information, materials, and descriptions on the Platform. Information on the Platform, including live rates, subscription figures, and GMP, may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable, and depends on third-party data sources and network conditions outside our control.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. The information and materials on the Platform may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. The information, products, and services on the Platform are provided on an "AS IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS", "WHERE IS" and "WHERE AVAILABLE" basis.

YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, whether in contract or tort, for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or other damages of any kind, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Platform for any purpose whatsoever.

Links on the Platform will allow you to leave it. The linked sites are not under the control of the Company. The Company has not reviewed or approved these sites and is not responsible for the contents or omissions of any linked site, or any links contained in a linked site.

8. Indemnification

YOU SHALL INDEMNIFY AND KEEP INDEMNIFIED the Company from any and all claims and losses imposed on, incurred by, or asserted as a result of or related to: (a) your access to and use of the Platform; (b) any non-compliance by you with these terms and conditions; or (c) any third-party action related to your receipt and use of the information, whether authorised or unauthorised.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform.
